Direct Suites started 16 years ago in Telford Shropshire. In that time we have had tens of thousands of happy customers who have purchased a top quality suite or sofa, saving then hundreds of pounds and have come back to us over the years.

Sometimes it's difficult for customers to believe that good quality comes at a low price, but it is simple really. We don't waste money on middlemen, surplus sales consultants, huge distribution or storage facilities and artistic showrooms in expensive locations.

These frills are not necessary after all, the frills are not taken home, so why would a customer want to pay for them in the price? We are a no frills retailer with an honest straight talking approach that most customers find refreshing.

We don't inflate our prices to offer free delivery or interest free credit these things are always built into the price and we believe customers are able to see this. By having this honest, straight talking, no frills way to retailing we can undercut our competitors and sell more sofas, this way both the customers and direct suites win.
